Looking for a free CRM? a number of companies offer restricted free versions, with limited functionality, time or number of customers.

I’m not presenting the current offers here – they change every day – but rather the sites that offer them and the different types of offer. You can then refine your search by going to the CRM site you’re interested in to find out what’s currently on offer.

Fake free offers

Many well-known software products claim to have free offers that are in fact deceptively disguised paying offers.

For example, the vendor offers 3 or 6 months free with full functionality. The offer is tempting, but you actually have to pay a yearly subscription to take advantage of it. The first few months are effectively free, but you have to pay a subscription first.

Key features of free CRM

There are, however, some genuine free offers, whose main features are as follows:

  • Customer, list and prospect management
  • Basic marketing functions: creating templates for social networks and other media
  • Automation of marketing functions, i.e. mailings
  • Task planning and management

The different types of free CRM

CRM pricing ranges from expensive to affordable, and free versions are always limited. Here are the most common limitations:

  • Impossible to work in a team: this isn’t too bad if you’re on your own, but it’s annoying if you’re a small team, so you’d better get the paid version as soon as you see that the software suits you.
  • Impossible to use marketing and task management functions: this is often the case with large CRMs that offer many functions, but many of which are of little interest.
  • Time limit: this is the most common. The problem is that you have all the features, and after a few weeks, everything stops if you don’t pay.
  • Limiting the number of customers: this is the best option if you don’t have many customers and you’re just starting out, or if you’re a startup, because you don’t have to pay anything until you’ve built up your customer base, so you pay when you can afford to. This is the option taken by Actionclient targeting this market. The free version of ActionClient CRM also gives you access to cutting-edge sales tools and techniques developed by Challenge-Action, a company that works or has worked with some of the biggest companies in North America.

You also need to take current trends into account:

  • Artificial intelligence
  • Mobility
  • Personalized targeting
  • The customer experience
  • Ease of use: simple, clickable phone numbers and e-mails
  • Integration into your IT world without having to reprogram everything

Conclusion

Whatever your business, you need a CRM to keep track of your customers and develop your business. Waiting will only postpone the deadline, so try one free of charge and take the plunge – it won’t cost you a thing and will help you accelerate the development of your business and therefore your income.

I meet startup entrepreneurs on a regular basis. They have good ideas and a business plan, but the key is to get serious about contacting customers, and only a good CRM can help you do that.

And don’t forget that a good CRM should prioritize calling and following up your customers. It’s better to do less analysis and get good results than to analyze bad results. Prioritize systems that help you to act rather than those that hold you back, those that are easy and pleasant to use rather than those that are restrictive.

Good sales and have fun doing it!!!!
