Tambi\u00e9n es buena idea relajar el ambiente hablando de un tema general que os acerque, como el hecho de haber ido al mismo colegio, participar en la misma asociaci\u00f3n o practicar el mismo deporte. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El descubrimiento te permite averiguar qu\u00e9 preocupa a tu cliente, as\u00ed como sus objetivos. Tu descubrimiento debe incluir tanto el descubrimiento t\u00e9cnico como el descubrimiento de las motivaciones psicol\u00f3gicas de tu cliente. Para ello, puedes utilizar el m\u00e9todo <a href=\"https:\/\/actionclient.com\/es\/metodo-de-venta-soncas-y-soncase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SONCAS<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/actionclient.com\/es\/metodo-de-venta-sec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SEC<\/a>. El descubrimiento es la fase m\u00e1s importante de la venta, y debe durar alrededor del 70% de la duraci\u00f3n total de tu proceso.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El pistoletazo de salida de la propuesta te permite vender la idea general de tu propuesta para obtener la aprobaci\u00f3n general de tu soluci\u00f3n, que luego puedes detallar en la siguiente fase. La ventaja es que es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil vender una idea general y que utilizas una progresi\u00f3n en el proceso de compra y concienciaci\u00f3n del cliente. Si no est\u00e1s satisfecho con tu propuesta inicial, puedes cambiarla y adaptarla f\u00e1cilmente.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La propuesta te permite detallar tu oferta: el producto, el envase, las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas y, posiblemente, el precio. Ten en cuenta que, en general, es preferible esperar hasta el \u00faltimo momento antes de plantear la cuesti\u00f3n del precio, que tambi\u00e9n puede denominarse inversi\u00f3n o presupuesto. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El objetivo del discurso de venta es convencer al cliente de que debe seguir adelante con la compra. Para ello, puedes presentar las ventajas y beneficios espec\u00edficos para tu cliente. Para ser eficaz, tienes que presentar ventajas que se correspondan con sus motivaciones psicol\u00f3gicas y utilizar t\u00e9cnicas <a href=\"https:\/\/actionclient.com\/es\/el-metodo-cap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CAP<\/a> pou <a href=\"https:\/\/actionclient.com\/es\/el-metodo-cab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CAB<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La conclusi\u00f3n debe llevar al cliente a tomar una decisi\u00f3n a tu favor. Lo peor que puedes hacer es realizar una buena venta y no cerrar, lo que podr\u00eda beneficiar a un competidor: t\u00fa has hecho el trabajo y ellos recogen los beneficios.
